Using team teaching principles and a flexible event curriculum, we provide all our guests with the maximum skills improvement in just a matter of days. Our staff is hand-picked for their teaching ability, personality, generosity of spirit and playing skills.

While Back Tee Sports will organize and implement virtually any type of corporate sports entertainment program, we are best known for our unrivaled professional golf schools.  

Our team (link to staff page) of highly experienced and skilled professionals is one of the most talented in the country.  And we are proud to say these professionals are more than terrific golf pros, they are simply great people! One of the most consistent messages we get from customers is the ‘people quality’ of our staff. 

A 3 to 1 participant to pro ratio assures that adequate individual attention is available for all attendees. Our focus on the entire game also includes a professional in each foursome to help improve course management. FLY FISHING

There’s long been a strong connection between golf and fishing.  Whether it be the individual challenge of both sports or just the simple connection with nature, we have found many of our clients who enjoy one also have an affinity for the other.  It’s been our pleasure to design and deliver a host of fly fishing events over the years, all of which have been incredibly successful, delivering rave reviews.

WINTER SPORTS

For many outdoor sports enthusiasts, there’s nothing quite as exhilarating as standing at the top of a freshly groomed mountain anxiously awaiting that deep powder, the smell of pine, and the deafening silence of a solo run. While there are no shortage of great skiing venues, locating the right options that meet your objectives and then creating the perfect program takes incredible attention to detail and intense focus on planning.  That’s precisely the approach we take when working with you on a winter sports event.

Several of the resorts we typically use are quite large but our experience and relationship with these properties allow us to create the unique, warm and personal atmosphere that allows real relationship-building to occur casually, yet effectively.  The key to any event planning is to truly understand your objectives upfront and as much as possible about the type of guests that will be joining you, thereby better enabling us to customize the experience.  As in golf, skill levels can be quite diverse among your guests, therefore making the program as impactful for all levels creates a challenge our team has years of experience meeting.
